One Penny (and a Farthing)
OLD penny of course! Cyclists, please note that as far as 'penny farthings' are concerned, you should NEVER use this term - it was a derogatory term used by street urchins at the time, and if you refer to them this way to a serious enthusiast you will offend them - the correct terms are either 'high bicycle' or 'ordinary'. And of course the size relationship between the coins and the bicycle wheels is very different.
I did do some mild polishing before photographing these.
Olympus E-M5, 12-50mm in macro mode. AT LAST another spare battery has arrived - 3 or 4 months after the camera was launched (and I ordered this spare, though I was very lucky to get a couple previously from probably the only batch of spares shipped before now)! As I can't get through a day of serious shooting on one battery, I would have been ***SERIOUSLY*** unhappy (or BLEEPED) if I hadn't had the earlier batteries.!
