New lock gates

I got the all clear from the surgeon at my post op appointment.  That is one problem more or less resolved. He said I can do what activities I like now but not to expect to be totally pain free for a few months yet.  When I got back I got a call with a date for an appointment with the consultant to try to sort out the next thing - my shoulder problem.  I hope these things don't come in threes!  Rent-a-dog got a good run down by the river in the afternoon.
