Da Shire...

A bit of an effort to get going after a booze filled evening the night before, but we managed it, only to be scuppered by the travel gods (yup, them). The usual 1.5 hr journey took 2.5 hrs. East Fortune Air Show, Biggar Show and stupidly slow drivers.

We made it down to Da Hill in the end, had a late lunch at my Mum's, then headed over to Moniaive. A music festival where friends were playing, a friend across from France and another from Ireland meant we had a great time.

Beer, food, chat and finally dancing in a hot tent - an excellent evening.
