Let the holidays start!

Yay! We're home. An uneventful trip - except for the cats meowing from time to time in the back of the car. It was a good idea to have driven on a Sunday, as it seems the roads were packed on Saturday...

It's now Monday morning, I'm chilling in the café after running a few errands. Cédric, the owner, is going to show me some of the photos he took when he visited Laponia back in February - it feels strange to realise we haven't been here since early January...

There's tidying up to do in the house, as it's an old one and it's been closed for nearly seven months. Nothing a hoover and broom can't cure, though.

As you will maybe notice in one of these photos, saying the garden is overgrown is a gross understatement. A farmer will soon come and take care of that!

And the weather is fine! Better today than it was last night when I took this photo.

I guess you'll have noticed I'm feeling rather good already... :-)
