Gourd of the Week

It was again so hot and humid today (95F-33C), that when I took my camera outside to shoot this gourd...the camera steamed up immediately. BACK INSIDE...QUICK!

So, this was taken with poor light, in my basement/workshop.

This one has insects on four sides. My favorites are the green dragonfly, and the blue butterfly.

I am now working on two separate butterfly gourds...one to be painted, and the other to be left "natural" (just wood-burned.)
