Living in a bubble

We watched The Truman Shown on the big screen tonight. It's a much scarier film than when it was made seventeen years ago; ahead of its time in predicting the worst excesses of reality TV. Living in a bubble is not recommended. But this scene bought a grim smile to my face because of the newspaper headline ... ahead of its time for sure ...

The therapeutic journey

Tired most of the day today. Managed the gym. Hopefully just an exception and one to put behind me.
