Clear out

New carpet and sofas are coming during the week so we embarked on the great living room clear out. The room is now totally empty so we have camped out in the bedrooms for most of the rest of the day. Although the carpet will be here on Tuesday, the sofas are not coming until Friday so it will be a week of camping out.

On the other hand, the garage is now full of furniture and carpet until we can get all the rubbish stuff collected and taken away and put the remainder of the stuff back in.

I had to dismantle Leo's reading den too, so have remade it into a canopy in his bed. I think he prefers this version so he can do his reading lounging in bed.

Leo had great fun belly flopping onto the dismantled sofa cushions and smashing up St Basil's ready for recycling. He was very good at having a sort out of all his toys. They had overgrown the storage unit and making a mess all over but he has slimmed it all down loads andnow has everything he is keeping will stow away nice and tidily. The challenge will be keeping it contained!

Tomorrow we are off to Exeter as Leo wants to visit the Grecians shop. He has a 'train with the players' day on Friday so wants to take along something for them to sign. It is going to be a footie filled week - only Thursday without any footie activity of one form or another taking place.
