Taken on another fab day with my Mum. 
Obviously a back blip as Im sat here with a three foot wide face and a mouth full of stitches! Nothing like have an impacted wisdom tooth taken out that is completely horizontal and pushing in your cheek resting on a nerve and the sinus wall!
Far too grim to say any more.
