Small Heath Butterflies

.... were in abundance today and thank goodness I went to see them when I did. Such a busy and funny day with the " Swiss" family on great form (we have an American family too, who we don't see often, sadly). We ate and laughed a lot, but between lunch and dinner everyone went into nap or internet mode, allowing a moment to sneak out for a blip. Then it rained and rained..... now they have left quiet behind them and we can relax with a smile.
