Spring?

I used to have a rule that I would not buy daffodils until it was actually spring. So certainly not in July. But I am over that. These yellow daffodils have been gracing my coffee table in old milk bottles for more than a week. They are almost at the end of their time, but still they bring a cheery note to the long dark days of winter.
