Rethink

We were supposed to have slow cooked beef cheeks tonight but someone fell off his  bike this afternoon so the 2 hours getting xrays put paid to that. I've popped my AC joint again.

Freak accident - I was following a mate when the wind blew a rag into his front wheel. It locked the wheel, flipped his bike and I rode straight into it.

O took over cooking duties instead of just having fish and chips
