Topsy turvy

We were up early to take Josh and Natalie to the airport for their month of adventure. Although Mr C had omitted to change the alarm to weekend mode and Josh came in at 5.30 to wake us up.... We were leaving at 5.45!!!!... We left at 5.50 ~ not bad going! Anyway, they are off to New York for 5 days before flying to Calgary for a couple of weeks, where they hope to go off and visit the national parks. Then onto Victoria on Vancouver island and then a few days in Vancouver itself. Such a brilliant adventure.

Back home I took Ruby over the common early before it got too hot and took this blip whilst holding onto Ruby and praying she didn't pull me over. But I felt the reflection of the swan was slightly clearer so turned the blip on its head! ;-)

Washing, tidied up, Mr C went off to work at an event and Rebecca went off to G and T's to house/animal sit while they are away. I joined her early evening to stay with her the night as Mo can't come until tomorrow. Pizza, pimms, evening stroll with the dog and now settled down with a movie.
