Fife Coastal Path

Last Tuesday we were unable to book on for our club walk today as the coach was full and we arrived too late.

Not to be outdone, we decided to use the car and do a circular walk.  We obviously couldn't do the linear one that was planned for the club, but by clever navigating by the HG around Kilconquhar Loch, we ended our walk on the second half of it, and finished at Elie in time to go to the pub with the rest of the club.  They were surprised when we walked in, just behind them!

We had a nice day of weather too.  Part of our eight mile walk was on the Fife Coastal Path and it is a lovely path with great views out to sea.  It was busy too, with lots of people out walking.

After a good bit of chat with our walking friends, we drove home, to a nice M&S meal....... just turn on the oven for half an hour, the kind of cooking I love after a walk!
