Bursting with colour
These cobweb houseleeks (sempervivum arachnoideum) were a real find on our dog walk high above the villages of Zuoz and Madulain.
This morning was a challenging cycle up the Ofenpass, followed by a retreat back down in driving rain, just making the incoming train by 30 seconds to save me doing the final stretch. In the late afternoon, taking the dog out with fleece and waterproof in tow, the sun broke through at last and the dog played like she was 22 not 92 (in dog years)!
