LOST nearly 12lbs. (The Best loss!!!)
AIM: 13:7 by end of July.

Ok so again I won't make my target but at least I'm still under 14!! And I had a small portion of fish and chips.
I haven't walked very far for the last 3 days due to coughs and sneezes and that hasn't helped.
