A Gold Medal Day!

What a great day for Team GB at the Olympics! I didn't have tickets for anything but I followed the action on the TV (rowing gold & bronze) and the internet and the radio (cycling bronze and gold and swimming silver). And I also managed to see the video of Boris stuck on a zip wire. And of course there was Shuttlegate.

I didn't feel that well today but the action above kept me alert. I took Nathan to a specialist today regarding his feet and was given an expert opinion of where along the way of feet, knees, hips, & back it is going wrong for Nathan. His hamstrings seem to be the main culprit.

He later injured his groin (in the warmup for a friendly) proving that there is a good reason for a break over the summer. While he watched from the sidelines, Josh and I wandered through Eton and into Windsor. Eton was looking very festive today and therefore is my featured photo.
