Forms forms forms

I have never been fond of having to go to the doctor's, but here in the US I have really learned to stay clear of the doctor's office. I have a few (minor) issues that I need taken care of and I decided to get it over with and plan all the doctor's visits in this month. Most of the time spent goes to filling out endless forms like these, to in the end see a doctor for 2 minutes, only for him/her to send you away again with the message that yes, they can treat you and no your insurance doesn't cover it. *sigh*
