Let's go fly a kite!

It was a lovely evening yesterday so we were sitting in the garden and I was taking photos of little Holly dog enjoying the view across the fields, so for once I had my camera with me when the red kite came floating into view above the garden and fields.  This shot is nearly in focus so thought I'd blip it.  The extras show Holly dog with her characteristic one ear up and one ear down pose, and a goldfinch perching on top of our aerial.
