la fete aux pilles

The fete went really well.  Dad and I both contributed to the cake stand with 2 Dundee cakes and strawberry jam cupcakes respectively :)

There were 3 groups who played: La Pate a Swing (jazz), Jungle Mens (reggae), Roc'King Chair (rock & roll), and then a DJ who ended the night.  I was in bed by this point and I must be getting older because the DJ's stuff just sounded like white noise!!
