Lindisfarne

Possibly like a lot of folk, we've visited Lindisfarne (Holy Island) on several occasions for day-trips - but have never actually stayed there for any length of time ...

... well, here we are (after a great week in Newcastle), and we stayed on the island for the whole second week of our holiday.

Weather has been great - and I can't recommend strongly enough spending a bit more time in this wonderful place ... several stunning beaches coming up ;-)
