My alternative flower Friday

Today is my day with my alternative flower, namely Violet! She was a little under the weather with a bit of a cold  but was brave and played with lots of enthusiasm.  A popular choice was sorting through the many multi coloured sarongs and assorted beachwear items that I've collected  ( and am trying to declutter!) over the years!
This photo was taken late afternoon when she was catching up on Baby TV - obviously an exciting moment!

The day began with some welcome rain but by the afternoon the sun was out again.  the weekend promises similar fine weather
