You've just looked up Santa's bum!

I've been wandering around the continental market in Albert Square (manchester) tonight which although it was bloody freezing, was a really pleasant evening. Nice to have a bit of chilling (quite literally) time with my friend Lisa.

Spent far too much money on stuff that I liked (shiny pretty things) and silly bits for christmas presents. Had a fabulously large portion of hot Apple Strudel with lovely custardy sauce and ealier in the evening, a large gingerbread latte from Starbucks at Piccadilly Station. I saw a guy there with the most amazing moustache - but I couldn't get my camera out of my pocket quick enough - it was a proper Circus Ring Master / Austrian man in lederhosen tache. Brilliant.

Train was full of 'Emo' kids - under-dressed for the cold - they'll catch their death. Didn't tell them - they were scary!

Astounded at Lisa's appetite - after strudel she had a hot pork barm cake (bread roll) with stuffing and apple sauce as well. Good girl - I would have but I would have been suffering for it all night. It smelt gorgeous though. And nobody seemed to be put off by the pigs head in a tray that was on the serving counter!
