On the Waterfront

Up to a rooftop restaurant in Mutrah after a very relaxing day. And after a stroll along the prom prom prom, tiddely-om-pom-pom. Also known as the Corniche. And we had a quick ferret round the souq. I tried on a hat. Twenty Rials sez the fez fellah. I made to leave. He gets his calculator out. Five Rials. A deal - it must be worth about two.
So, to the rooftop, a view over the fishmarket, the seventh floor of a beautifully shabby little hotel, and a fine budget priced menu.  And… drinks! Alcoholic drinks! So here’s the view. You can almost hear the ice clinking in my glass of rum. Rum, rum, rum, tiddlely um-pum-pum!
