Renewed friendship

Journey to Birmingham was brilliant! Had two seats, both next to strangers but both aisle seats. The kids were just perfect, I couldn't have asked for better! After the first three hour journey, we hopped onto a twenty minute journey train to Sutton. Feeling hot and a bit bothered we decided to have a treat in Costa before the twenty minute walk with buggy, big bag and babes. In Costa we bumped into Gill who treated us to drinks! So nice to have a catch up.
Got to Lisa's and the kids very quickly LOVED each other, played, hugged, chilled, ate. Couldn't be better. Until bedtime when Theo wanted to sleep and my two refused, they sang, they fought, they stomped, they yelled and nearly two hours later they decided to rest.
A lovely long chat with Li whilst munching chocs and macaron. Time to rest and pray the kids sleep too.
