Hill reps

A glorious evening for hill reps - sunny with a light breeze, perfect! Here we are all at the top of the very last rep watching one other runner who was heading up caerketton because she's missed the first 4 reps.
Had a nice day at home w the boys, catching up on washing, admin and stuff. The boys weren't impressed with my new plan - they have to get dressed, clean teeth, help me sort something, empty the recycling, bring down their wash basket, tidy their toys off living room floor and do some drawing & writing before they get screen time. It took them all day to achieve these tasks as they are infinitely distractable!
