This morning's  EcoCongregation meeting was held at a new venue - the barn at Ellisland Farm, once home to Robert Burns. Stuart (in the blue shirt) is the curator, and kindly provided Fairtrade tea and coffee as well. Lots of exciting plans for the next few months. We have earned a "Continuing Award" which is to be presented at a special service in August, after which we will have a walk and a picnic (weather permitting). We will invite our local MSPs and ask them what they will do for the environment and climate change now that they are in office.

In the afternoon I did my weekly shift at the Usual Place. I learned how to clean the coffee machine at the end of the day which involved taking it to pieces and putting it back together again. Hopefully it will still be working on Monday....
