Friends know me well.

Today two of my good friends came to visit. One brought me haribo the other maltesers. Both very good choices.

Loved all your comments yesterday. You are a great bunch of people. The atmosphere in the bay has been much better today. And the really exciting thing that happened to day is that in my gym session this morning my foot decided it was going to lift heigh enough to get up the stairs on its own without the physio giving it a little hand!!!!! :-D
