Friday flower

Woke up early this morning because of messages from China, on a conference opening there, which I attended 10 years ago and my paper was awarded one of the 4 promising young scholars' prize. I have kept good relationship with them since then, some of whom helped me in this or that way in my later research.

I wanted to find old photos but due to changes of laptop I didn't get them immediately. Will continue to search. The extra is from an attending friend. You may tell how different it can be to the conference layout you may be familiar with in this part of the world ;-)

I felt excited again that I was 10 years younger. Really can't stop my conference momentum and switch back to my desk work :-(
