Fish spotted

The cafe was quiet for some reason this morning.  Numbers seem to fluctuate for no apparent reason.  I had a meeting in the afternoon which took a long time.  I did receive a call from the doctor.  The new system means you get a call back on the same day by the doctor and only get invited in if you need to be seen.  As it is an ongoing worsening shoulder problem which has been investigated with X-rays and a scan and a cortisone jab given, he was able to decide there and then to refer me on to the consultant. The system seems to work well.
