First gold!

These 2 ladies won Team GBs first Gold medal at London 2012 today, and are also the first British women to win Olympic rowing medals! Done so in very impressive style too. Smashed the competition!!

Massive congrats to Wiggo too on becoming the most successful British Olympian in history, now with 7 medals. Great day for British sport.

Spent most of the day watching all the action on the BBC website!

Sad to hear of the death of a cyclist by an Olympic bus though. Very tragic.
