Up, out, along the coast, usual kind of thing. 15ish miles, 8.00 am - stop, turn round and head back for 9.

And, invariably when I stop at a traffic light and there's a car with loud music playing it's some modern R'n'B stuff that I have absolutely no idea about, but today as I was stopped leaving Musselburgh on the way back I could have sworn I heard something familiar but very unexpected coming from the car facing me across the junction.
