another bow blip

sorry, just so proud of my bow, i love bow, and i- ..i'll stop now :3

spent the day in the sun in the park with chaz,

she then stayed over and we watched the inbetweeners movie after i dragged her out in the freezing rain for a run

i'm only trying to resume my fitness regime, and so i've been for a run about 4 nights in a row so far

kinda proud of myself since i'm very unmotivated when it comes to running
