At the end of the Rainbow!

There was a double rainbow tonight - I think it was specially so I could blip it for my 200th. I have been a bit patchy on the blipping this last few weeks - life has been really busy but planning on upping my game again.

I have spent the day interviewing Graduates for my new company. They were a really mixed bag but think we have 3 good ones. Amazed me - 4 of them didn't turn up on the day - how rude!!!!
