Normal service

I wish I had had my camera at the ready yesterday, as we arrived at Aunty Joyce's to pick up Jess & Molly. The two of them were standing side-by-side at the window, watching out for us to arrive. They looked like a pair of wally dugs!

Joyce said that she had started packing their suitcase about an hour before we were expected. Our friends read the signal instantly and immediately went on the lookout. It is nice to be wanted.

Tonight we set the fire in the front room (we were warmer at 79 degrees North) and settled down for a quiet evening. Molly opted to get wet by staying in the garden, but Jess lay in front of the TV, watching us closely.
