Gone Fishin'

Today was the official 'Selleck' Reunion 2016. Yes, I know we had another one last month when my sister and brother-in-law were in Michigan, and I joined them. But this one was the OFFICIAL reunion!  

I'm not a Selleck, but my mother was. This is her brother's family. Uncle Dick and his 3 boys, a whole bunch of grandkids and even more great-grandkids. I'm the 'English' cousin and I love spending time with all of them.

One of the grandkids has a lake cabin and we gathered there today. We ate lots of food, talked a bunch, went on boat rides (pontoon, sailboat and canoe), went tubing, relaxed on 'floaties' in the lake, made tie-dyed t-shirts, roasted marshmallows and created 'S'mores'. And as the sun went down some of the little kids went fishing!  There's a strong fishing tradition in this family, so it's good to see the little ones take that up.
