Eye clinic

I'd an appointment at the eye clinic this afternoon. I left work in plenty time : parking at the hospital can be a nightmare and the eye clinic has a reputation for being very busy. Therefore I was astonished to get my car parked within 100yds of the clinic and on arrival to find I was the only person in the waiting room. I must admit for a few seconds I thought the place was closed. I was in and out within 20 mins after excellent treatment by a specialist nurse. She told me that all the doctors were at a teaching session this explaining why the clinic was so quiet.
