National play day!

Today we were meant to be meeting at the china hse for national play day on the hoe and barbican.. But raining - so we stayed in and played and watched Olympics -then I was going to go to the aquarium with Cath but melody refused to nap in time - then mum came round for a bit - Then I was going to do a few errands like take back overdue library book but the sun came out so Sash and I took melody and Freya to west hoe for nat play day - sooo cool! Loads of stands, free smoothies, free fruit, messy play, sand, water, plumbing, stories, ball puts, soft play, bouncy castle! Kids loved it! Pic is Melody with a huge pile of seaweed and sea creatures! After came home, organised freezer :/ made pasta bake and had jammys on by 7! Melody you wear me out! But it's worth it xx
