At long last

Back at home in Fort William for a visit after closing one of the most intense and difficult chapters in life so far. The next chapter may be just as difficult, but with, I hope, a happy ending. I don't think this one would have finished without friends with me.

Tash bit the bullet and finally had her ears pierced the previous week. A sign that she is getting confidence back. This is as close as I'll probably ever get to a photo portrait of Tash. That part hasn't changed.
