Down by the riverside

Today the Ladies who Lunch went to the Pyewipe. It is a restaurant I have wanted to try for a long while, and is situated on the riverbank a few miles past the shop I used to work in. 

At one time the trip barge would drop people there and they could return on a later one, but unfortunately they don't do that any more.

There was an extensive menu, not cheap but great quality. We all had baguettes and chips - mine was Brie and Bacon, and it was delicious! It came with salad and coleslaw too.

Really dreading work tonight. I am sure it will be even hotter in the shop than it was on Monday!
