Lavender

Indoors on a rainy day. On the plus side it was not as wet and wild as forecast. I guess we should be grateful for that :)

Worked at home today on a web audit for a client. Managed to get through it without interruption. Young Jake undertook the "cleaning of his room". This appears to have been successful too. There is now floor space in his cupboard! I am taking bets on how long it remains like that

I am also cross and upset for my sister today. Her dear friend died on Sunday from breast cancer after a brave fight. She was not even 50 and was such a lovely, bright, happy woman. This has hit my sis hard as she also lost her childhood best friend a couple of years ago, also to cancer. From what I can gather the NHS cannot do without her so that she can attend the funeral. I may have to go and punch someone till they see sense. Grrr!
