Fairly busy as it was month nd, but Tim and I have macro'd the shit out of a lot of the tasks so it's not as onerous or time consuming as it once was.

Legs have been feeling it a bit this week so it was a fairly slow run home tonight. will spend the rest of the night watching the Olympics, cracking silver for Michael Jamieson there. Well done fella....
