Ridiculously early start for meetings was actually ok as I was up at 4am anyhow and wide awake.

Spent the morning asking difficult questions. The afternoon debating the fine detail. And the evening toasting the realisation we've changed the focus of a 110 year old company. Just have to actually make it happen now.
