CN Tower

We left Newark this morning. It was sad saying goodbye! At the airport we watched our suitcases enter the plane! Then a quick flight to Toronto. This is a shot taken from the plane of the CN Tower. We went up to the top years ago with our youngest son and to the men's delight we watched from the top the roof of the Blue Jays baseball stadium open ready for the game. We saw the game too! The stadium is the white shape.

We hired a car and headed off to Kingston our first stop. The first 1.5 hours were in a traffic jam! So we arrived in Kinston around 6.30. Our first concern was eating and went to a Mario. Very good with as much salads as you could eat, and as much bread as you could eat, with your meal! An absolutely charming young man served us! We stopped in a Bulk Barn on the way back to the hotel. Large bins of all sorts of nuts, dried fruit, sweets, chocolates, powdered products, spices, honey, molasses and lots of stuff I've not heard of ! I bought my crystallised ginger, Ro some York, peppermint patties, little ones. Back in the hotel, exhausted!
