A rollercoaster of a book

It's great, the internet.

It lets me download books at a frankly ridiculous speed so I don't have to resort to reading the Metro, for a start.

But then, if it wasn't for the internet, I wouldn't have downloaded an update to my Kindle that seems to make it far too easy to delete books without meaning to. Well, that's my excuse for deleting the book I was reading, anyway.

Hmmm. Maybe it's a bit rubbish, the internet.

That said, as soon as I got back in WiFi range, I was able to restore the book instantly.

Phew.

It was more exciting than the book itself.
