Steve is back.

Dad and I met Steve at the house this evening so we could discuss what Stu and I haven't done and what of it Steve can do. We gave him the plans for the kitchen and toilets as he has agreed to put the stud walls in for us. Dad also gave him a drawing of where we need a new joist for the stairs as Steve has agreed to do this also.
I have said we will get the electrics finished, put all the insulation in and also get the plumber out to move a few pipes so he can get the plastering started (he has also said he will do the plaster boarding we should have done if we don't get chance).
It's nice to have him back!
