.....at the White Horse! Funerals of my friends father today. He was a countryman through & through. Very involved with the beagles. Now, I love hares & don't quite agree with hunting them...... I kept quiet today out of courtesy to the family. J read the poem, one verse of which I've included, do look up the rest as it was really lovely. It suited him.

Then we went up to the wildflower field with friends & a few bottles of wine!! Lovely evening. Will post in extras tomorrow.
