Dazzling

Out and about in Leith this afternoon, when the rain had eased off, taking a few pictures for a client. Had to take a few shots of the Dazzle Ship, and not just because it was on the shot-list!  This is the fourth in the Dazzle Ship project following on from others in Liverpool and London. The ships, inspired by the camouflage patterns that were painted on ships during World War One, are part of the ongoing 14-18 celebrations. This one, entitled Every Woman, by the Turner Prize-nominated artist Ciara Phillips is also a central element of the Edinburgh Art Festival for 2016.
