Keith on Middle Fell

Keith picked the hottest day of the year to attempt the Joss Naylor Lakeland Challenge (48 miles and 17,000 feet of climbing) against the clock. At 65 years old he is allowed 24 hours and despite the heat finished with 46 minutes to spare.

I was privileged to do the second half with him and Pauline did the road support so there may be more in her journal.
