Rose garden

Mr C did promise me a rose garden. After the disappointment last year when the new buds were chomped by bambi, this year he got some complicated fencing up and it was a success. We have the most glorious display of roses we've ever had. Here's a selection.

After Dennis drove off, I had a wonderful la y day, in the sun till it got too hot even for me, then indoors to cool off, reading my book. Very self-indulgent!
