Candles

I'm sat in the almost-dark, chatting to my friends on the internet, and I have a lot of candles lit around the room.

The ones on the dining table are mostly red or are in red and orange holders, or sat on a red plate. The tablecloth is black linen, which does not reflect the light at all, so the effect is that of a warm glow of red and orange light floating in the darkness on the far side of the room.
